VIEW pre-approved plan sets

After the Dixie Fire, I wanted to make rebuilding more accessible for everyday people. I designed a series of cost-effective homes and had them pre-approved by the county. This allows fire victims to purchase completed plans for less than half the price of a typical custom design. Plus, the county offered an 80% reduction in plan check fees for those affected by the fire. While anyone can use these plans at my reduced rate, only fire victims are eligible for the county’s fee discount.
